Something for the dear 
of Topaz! 
made a Sonic Boom inspired design of Topaz for her a long while back that I really liked. I said a long time ago that I wanted to draw it myself. He looks like he could pop up in a Sonic game so much like this (don't worry, I still enjoy his normal design c: ). xD 
I think it reminds me of something out of Sonic Riders, not including the sports tape. I had some fun with this, hence why I added two expressions at the side like it were a character sheet or something. XD I won't be surprised if I draw him in this design again on occasion (if that's alright, anyway ;u; ).

You know, there already is a Sonic character named Topaz. Topaz was that G.U.N. soldier who worked alongside Rouge in Sonic X.
